The following are the minimum hardware requirements for on-premise servers:

**Windows Server:**

The following requirements assume that Synatic and all essential services will run on a Windows Server:

- **CPU:** An Intel processor with VT-x.
- **CPU Core Count:** At least 8 cores.
- **Memory:** At least 16GB of RAM.
- **Storage:** At least 60GB of solid state disk storage.
- **OS:** Windows Server 2012 +

**Linux Server:**

The following minimum requirements assume that Synatic and all essential services will run on a Linux Server:

NB: Depending on expected system usage these requirements many increase.

- **CPU Core Count:** At least 8 cores.
- **Memory:** At least 16GB of RAM.
- **Storage:** At least 60GB of solid state disk storage.

**MongoDB (on-premise):**

It is highly recommended that the MongoDB database runs on its **own separate server on-premise** or on **MongoDB Atlas (hosted)**. For the most reliable and robust configuration we recommend setting up a 3 node replica set with the following minimum specifications for each node:

- **CPU Core Count:** At least 2 cores.
- **Memory:** At least 8GB of RAM.
- **Storage:** At least 20GB of solid state disk storage.
