# How to connect to Sage 300 People

If you require to **connect to Sage 300 People’s API** , please follow the below instructions:

1. Get the token by using the HTTP Service step and following the instructions in the below Sage 300 People API documentation link:

1. To **create the header with a successful response** , please do the following:

Illustrated in the below image is how the flow will look.

2.1. In the first HTTP Service destination step, please ensure that the Keep Headers is ticked as circled in the below image.

2.2. In the first Calculator step which is after the HTTP Service destination step, please input the code that is in the below page.

2.3. In the 2nd HTTP Service destination step, the configuration should be as shown in the below image.

2.4. In the 2nd Calculator step after the 2nd HTTP Service destination step, the code illustrated in the below image is what can be used to see what the response is.

When testing on the last Calculator step, the successful response will look like the below page.
