If you forget your organization’s login name, the following instructions will help you to recover it:
- Click on Synatic’s login page which is the link below:
- Click on “Forgot Organization?” which is highlighted in the below image.
- The below page will appear. Type in your email address in the highlighted field and then click on “SEND ORGANIZATIONS” to receive an email from Synatic which consists of a list of login names for organizations you have access to.
If you forget your password, the following instructions will help you to reset a new password:
- After signing into your organization, click on “Forgot password?” as highlighted in the below image.
- The below page will appear. Type in your email address in the Email address field and click on “Continue”. You will receive an email from Synatic to reset your password.
- The below image will appear for you to check your email for an email from Synatic to reset your password.
- In the email you received from Synatic, click on the Confirm button to confirm the password change as illustrated in the below image.
- It will open a link where you can type a new password and click on the Reset password button to reset your password as shown in the below image.
