# How to schedule a flow to run every 2 hours

1. Add a Schedule step to the Trigger box in your flow as shown below.

1. To customize the schedule to run every 2 hours, select “ **Day** ” and select every 2nd hour. To select multiple hours, press **Ctrl** and click on the number as shown below.

Highlighted in the above image are the hours that you selected.
