New Portal: How to add a new step

Adding a new step in the new system has become a lot more efficient since the system will only show the applicable steps that you are allowed to add as you build your flow.

To create a new flow in the new system, choose a solution and click on the 3 vertical dots that are circled in red as per the image below.

Click on Create Flow as circled in red in the below image.

Type in a flow title and click on save as illustrated in the below image.

To add a source step, click on the highlighted icon as shown in the below image.

The below page will appear. You can search for a source step or chose the source step from one of the 3 tabs (Common Steps, Source & Reader). Common Steps are steps that are commonly used in your organization that are listed in a hierarchal order.

I chose the Record Generator as my source step and populated it with data. To test a step, click on the highlighted play icon as shown in the below image.

The output/results will appear at the bottom of the page as shown in the image below. You can choose how you want to view the output data and expand the extenders by clicking on the highlighted icon.

Add the next step by clicking on the highlighted icon as shown below.

The below image shows the different tabs containing steps that are available to use to build your flow.
