The default timeout for a relay/ connection is 12 minutes.
If you get a timeout error regarding your relay/ connection in the SQL Server source or destination step, you need to increase the Request Timeout in the step for the flow to run. In order to do this, please follow the below instructions.
NB: The request timeout is measured in milliseconds.
SQL Server source step
Please click on Advanced Mode highlighted in the below image in the SQL Server source step.
Scroll down the step and you will see 3 new fields. In the Request Timeout field, you can increase the timeout by clicking on the up/down arrows on the far right of the field or by typing in a number as highlighted below. Then save the step and execute.
SQL Server destination step
Please click on Advanced Mode highlighted in the below image in the SQL Server destination step.
Extra fields will appear and you can increase the Request Timeout by typing in a number in the highlighted field as per the below image or by clicking on the up/down arrows on the far right of the field. Then save the step and execute.
