If your Salesforce is upgrading to Hyperforce, please do the following on our platform after the upgrade:

  1. Re-authorize your Salesforce connections.
  2. Delete and re-add the Salesforce Platform Event triggers on the flows for the new configuration to be implemented. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the trigger to update the configuration in the back-end.

How to identify which flows are using active Salesforce Platform Events

  1. Click on the Flow Triggers page which is located on the menu on the left of the platform outlined in red in the image below.

  1. The Flow Triggers page will appear as illustrated in the image below.

  1. Click on the Type (All) filter and filter for Platform Event. Then click on the Enabled (All) filter and filter for Yes. This will return the flows that are using the active Salesforce Platform Events triggers as shown in the image below.
