Need help interpreting an Excel file sent from K2 to Synatic

Hello,
I’m experiencing difficulties with interpreting an Excel file sent from K2 to Synatic. Although the file is received correctly, I’m encountering issues with interpreting its content once it arrives in our environment.
If anyone has had a similar experience or has knowledge on how to effectively handle Excel files from K2 in Synatic, I would greatly appreciate any advice or suggestions.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

We stored a file in a buffer. And we have it in base64

Hi there,

Have you tried using the Byte Group step and converting the data back into binary?

The Byte Group step allows you to convert a file to a Base64 string and a Base64 string to a file in bytes.

The below link contains examples of how the Byte Group step is used:

If the Byte Group step does not resolve your issue, please send us the org name, solution name and flow name to our support email address (support@synatic.com) and we’ll assist further :slightly_smiling_face:
