New features for July 2024

The following are the new features for July 2024:

Last Run Failed Field

The last run failed field is now available in the Detailed Tab section. It will show details of a failed run as illustrated in the image below. This helps if you need to refer to that field for another process to run should the run fail.

Applied Epic Connector

An Applied Epic Connection is now available. The page below shows the required in order to create a connection. The red asterisks next to the fields show that those fields are required. Provide the Account, Database Name, and Authentication Key. Once the credentials are inputted, you can click on save and test the connection by clicking on the Test button.

Applied Epic SDK SOAP Source Step

An Applied Epic SDK SOAP Source Step is now available! It is used to get records from Applied Epic SDK. This step requires an Applied Epic connection to work. Click on the dropdown arrow in the image below to select a connection. Alternatively, click on the highlighted button to create a new connection. Select the API version to use and provide the required operation to execute. Type in the operation body to send to the API in XML or JSON format.

Applied Epic SDK SOAP Destination Step

An Applied Epic Source Step SDK SOAP Destination Step is now available! It is used to send records to Applied Epic SDK. This step requires an Applied Epic connection to work. Click on the dropdown arrow in the image below to select a connection. Alternatively, click on the highlighted button to create a new connection. Select the API version to use and provide the required operation to execute. Type in the operation body to send to the API in XML or JSON format.

Update Folder Functionality in the Box Actions Destination step

The Box Actions Destination step now has an Update Folder option. It can be selected from the Action dropdown list. A Folder ID is required once selected. Provide the update folder request in the Body section in JSON format as illustrated in the image below.

HTML Ops View – Customization

The HTML Ops View now has some new optional configurations for customizing the look of the view. There is an option to choose between a dark and light background for the view. A custom flow execution button can also be created, complete with a confirmation message that will appear in a popup, prompting the user to confirm flow execution.

Operations Portal

There is a new Operations Portal available.

The Operations Portal is used to monitor and manage all Flows and Buffers in a Solution to ensure that they operate smoothly and that any exceptions and anomalies can be handled efficiently and effectively. The Operations Portal also has the added ability to execute flows and investigate any anomalies that may occur with any flow.

Click on the hyperlink and provide your Organization Name to sign in.

The page shown in the image below will appear. All the available control views will be shown on the left of the screen. Click on the required one to open it.
